Insane statist Krugman rues 'lost decade' - because governments are going to reduce their debt

Let's just get it out of the way that, at least in America, there are obviously no real plans to reduce the debt. Quite the opposite, which you would think would make a deranged Statist/Keynesian like Krugman happy, except to Krugman the government can literally never spend or inflate too much. He's not really insane, he's just doing his job, albeit poorly, because even if you don't have a Nobel Prize in economics you can see that this guy's ideas are batshit crazy. But I digress.
