NSA Lawyer Questioned Over Cellphone Location Tracking of Americans

“There are certain circumstances where [the authority to track Americans using cell phone data) may exist,” Matthew Olsen, lawyer for the NSA said. Where this authority is derived from is not mentioned, but they'll write a memo about it when they get their bullshit story together. And, as always, if you're not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.
