Cops taser 16 year old with broken back 19 times to subdue him
Once again, this is not an article from the Onion. A 16 year old boy fell or jumped from an overpass and broke his back. The police then tasered him up to 19 times because he failed to comply with their orders - presumably their orders to get up off the pavement - and of course we know that it's now official policy that cops may torture anyone insolent enough not to obey their commands, even when one has a broken back.
