Jones feels not so unusually hot, after all

Jones must be feeling a bit jaded after being thrown to the wolves by his AGW fraud cohorts. Suddenly, according to him, this whole global warming thing isn't such a big deal. Of course, anyone who actually studied the real science, rather than giving their sole attention to the perpetuators of this scam, could've told you there was a Medieval Warm Period, and that it was hotter for a longer period of time than the recent warming trend, which appears to have expired 10-15 years ago. I mean, duh, why do you think it's called Greenland?

Now even Climategate’s Phil Jones, of the infamous Climatic Research Unit, concedes this warm period isn’t so unprecedented after all. CO2 Science reports on his latest joint paper:

In the words of the seven scientists, “temperatures during the warmest intervals of the Medieval Warm Period,” which they defined as occurring some 900 to 1300 years ago, “were as warm as or slightly warmer than present day Greenland temperatures.”
